Many years ago when it was all the rage to go out on New Years Eve - this included our employees - we had to figure out a good way to get our employees to show up for work on New Years Day. We came upon the genius idea of suggesting, and I quote, " Just make sure you show up. We don't care if you come in your pajamas!"
They all showed up with glitter still on their faces and tiaras on their sleeping little heads- BUT THEY SHOWED UP! The next year, we said why not just have everyone in their Pj's?? AAAAHHH - a tradition was born! This is now one of the days that is looked forward to by many who have attended in past years. Who knew it was so much fun to count backwards - ALL DAY LONG! Everyone cheers when someone new comes in the door, but plan on getting booed if you leave too early! COME JOIN THE PARTY! It is a great way to start the New Year, and a new tradition of your own.
